Create a club

Set up your club in Gym Art Meets so you can manage gymnasts and register for meets.

Steps

Gym Art Meets walks you through a 7-step wizard:

1. Club Name — Enter your organization's name (required).

2. Location — Add your club's address. You can skip this for now.

3. Contact Information — Enter your club's email and phone number (required).

4. Website & Social Links — Add your website, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), or TikTok links. You can skip this.

5. Description — Write a short description of your club. You can skip this.

6. Primary Contact Person — Enter the name, email, and phone of the main contact (required).

7. Payment Setup — Connect a Stripe account so you can receive payments when you organize meets.

Click Create after completing all steps.

After Creation

Your club is ready. The next step is to build your roster:

• Add one gymnast manually — Quick way to add a few athletes

• Import gymnasts via CSV — Best for 5+ gymnasts

Tips

• You can update club details later from the Club Profile section in the sidebar.

• The Stripe Connected Account is required if you plan to organize meets and charge registration fees. If you only register for other people's meets, you can skip this.
