Create a club
Your club is the first thing you need in Gym Art Meets. Everything else flows from it: your gymnast roster, your coach list, your meet registrations, your music files. No club, no anything.
The good news is that it takes about five minutes.
Prerequisites
A Gym Art Meets account at meets.gymart.org
Steps
Gym Art Meets walks you through a short wizard. Seven steps, all on one screen.
Club Name - Type in your organization's official name. This is what other clubs see when you register for meets.
Location - Add your club's address. You can skip this and come back later.
Contact Information - Enter your club's email and phone number.
Website and Social Links - Add your website, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, or TikTok links. All optional.
Description - Write a short blurb about your club. Also optional.
Primary Contact Person - Enter the name, email, and phone of the main person other clubs or organizers should reach out to.
Payment Setup - Connect a Stripe account so you can collect fees when you organize meets.
Click Create when you're done.
That's it. Your club exists.
A note about Stripe
Stripe is only required if you plan to organize meets and charge registration fees. If you're only registering for other people's meets, skip the Stripe setup for now. You can always connect it later from your Club Profile.
