Control who can manage your club in Gym Art Meets and generate access codes for new members to join.
Members List
View and manage all club members with their assigned roles:
Owner - Full administrative control over the club
Admin - Can manage meets, participants, and club settings (cannot delete the club)
What members can do
When users join your club as members, they gain access to:
View and modify gymnasts - Add, edit, and manage club gymnast rosters
View and modify coaches - Add, edit, and manage club coach rosters
Manage meets - Create new meets and manage existing ones the club has created
View registrations - See meets the club has registered for and manage those registrations
Club settings - Access club details, members, and music management
Access Codes
Generate one-time access codes that allow new users to join your club.
How to create access codes
Click the "Generate Access Code" button
Copy the generated code (it will be automatically disposed after use)
Share the code with the person you want to invite
How users join with access codes
For new users (during account creation):
Create a Gym Art Meets account
Choose "Join a Club" instead of "Create a Club"
Enter the access code when prompted
For existing users:
Go to the club dropdown in the sidebar
Click "New club"
Click "Join a club with a code"
Enter the access code when prompted
Access code behavior
One-time use only - Each code can only be used once
Automatic disposal - Codes are immediately invalidated after successful use
No expiration - Codes don't expire until used
Case-sensitive - Codes must be entered exactly as provided
Managing Members
Invite new members - Generate access codes and share them
Change roles - Modify member permissions (Owner/Admin)
Remove members - Revoke access for users who no longer need it
View activity - See who has access and their current roles
Security Notes
Access codes provide immediate full club access upon successful use
Only share access codes with trusted individuals
Regularly review your members list to ensure only authorized users have access
Owners cannot be removed (only role changes are possible for owners)
