Integration with Meet Registration

Music Requirements and Deadlines

When registering gymnasts for meets, two key settings come into play:

Music Requirement:

• When a meet requires music, you must specify a primary music file for each gymnast during registration

• Without a primary music file selected, you cannot complete the gymnast registration

• This ensures all floor routines have accompanying music ready for competition

Music Deadline:

• Sets the final date when primary music file selections can be modified

• Typically falls after the registration deadline but before the meet start date

• After this deadline, music selections are locked and cannot be changed

• Allows organizers to finalize music selections for competition preparation

Registration Process

During meet registration:

1. Select gymnast details - Enter gymnast information as usual

2. Choose primary music - Specify the primary music file from your club's music library if it's not already set

3. Meet validation - System ensures music requirement is met if the meet requires it

4. Organizer access - Meet organizers can immediately download all registered music files

Organizer Music Access

Meet organizers have immediate access to download all music files for registered gymnasts:

• Local download - Organizers can download music files to their devices

• Competition ready - Files are available for playback during floor exercise routines

• Bulk access - All registered gymnast music files are available at once

File Format Requirements

Supported Format: Only MP3 files are supported for music uploads. Other audio formats are not accepted.
