Overview

The Gymnasts page displays all gymnasts in your club roster. These are the gymnasts that can be registered for meets either through the standard registration process or by adding them directly to a meet if you are the organizer.

Adding Gymnasts to Your Club

There are two ways to add gymnasts to your club roster:

Add Many (Bulk Import)

Upload multiple gymnasts at once using a CSV file or by pasting data directly:

Required Information for CSV Import:

• First name

• Last name

• Discipline (e.g., WAG, MAG)

• Date of birth

• Level

• Club

Process:

1. Prepare your data in CSV format or copy tabular data

2. Upload the file or paste the data

3. Validate the information for accuracy

4. Import the gymnasts to your roster

Add One (Individual Entry)

Manually enter information for a single gymnast:

Information Collected:

• Personal identifiers (name, date of birth, etc.)

• Gymnastics-specific details (discipline, level)

• Contact and additional information as needed

This option is ideal for adding gymnasts one at a time with full control over each entry.

Managing Your Gymnast Roster

Once gymnasts are in your roster, you can:

View and Search

• Browse all gymnasts in a organized table format

• Search by name or number to quickly find specific gymnasts

• Filter by level and club to organize and view subsets of your roster

Edit and Update

• Modify gymnast data - Update personal information, levels, or other details

• Change settings - Adjust any imported or configured settings

• View past results - See historical performance data for each gymnast

Meet Registration Integration

Gymnasts in your roster can be registered for meets in two ways:

1. Standard Registration Process - Submit gymnasts through the meet's registration form

2. Organizer Direct Addition - As a meet organizer, add gymnasts directly to your meet

All gymnasts in your club roster are available for both registration methods, providing flexibility in how you manage meet participation.

Level Matching During Registration: Although levels can be specified for your club roster, the software will attempt to automatically match them to the appropriate meet levels during registration. If an automatic match cannot be found, you'll need to manually specify the correct level.
