What you can do

• Add a single coach

• Import many coaches from CSV or an existing club list

• Search and filter your roster

• Edit details and assign coach levels for organization and pricing

Meet Registration Integration

Coaches in your roster can be registered for meets in two ways:

1. Standard Registration Process - Submit coaches through the meet's registration form

2. Organizer Direct Addition - As a meet organizer, add coaches directly to your meet

All coaches in your club roster are available for both registration methods.

Level Matching During Registration: Although coach levels can be specified for your club roster, the software will attempt to automatically match them to the appropriate meet coach levels during registration. If an automatic match cannot be found, you'll need to manually specify the correct level.
