How to manage clubs, athletes, and meet registration in Gym Art Meets if you're coming from KSIS.
Prerequisites: You have a Gym Art Meets account.
In KSIS, Club Admins manage their club profile, add/import athletes, register athletes for sanctioned meets, pay entry fees, and manage coaches. Meet Directors see incoming registrations and can approve/reject them.
If you're a club admin, start by creating your club in Gym Art Meets. This replaces the KSIS club profile.
→ See Create a club
Add gymnasts one by one or import in bulk via CSV. Each gymnast record includes name, birth date, and discipline - similar to KSIS athlete profiles.
→ See Import gymnasts via CSV
Invite coaches and other club admins. In KSIS, coach profiles are separate; in Gym Art Meets, coaches are club members with a coach role.
→ See Create a club
The registration workflow in Gym Art Meets:
Find a meet - browse published meets
Select gymnasts - choose which gymnasts to register and their levels
Pay via Stripe - entry fees are collected online
This replaces the KSIS meet registration and payment process.
→ See Registration overview, Find a meet, Add gymnasts, Checkout
