Checkout offline

Not every club wants to pay by credit card. If the meet organizer has enabled offline payment, you can submit your registration and arrange payment separately.

Prerequisites

• Gymnasts added (and optionally coaches)

• The meet organizer must have enabled the offline/bank payment option

Steps

1. In the registration sidebar, click My Cart.

2. Review your participants and the total in the Summary panel.

3. Instead of "Submit and Pay" (which goes to Stripe), click the Bank/Cash Payment option.

4. Gym Art Meets submits your registration with a pending payment status.

5. Arrange payment with the organizer directly. That could be a bank transfer, a check, cash at the door, or whatever you agree on.

6. Once the organizer receives payment, they mark it as confirmed on their end.

After submitting

Your registration is in the system, but payment shows as pending. The organizer can see your registration and will process it once they confirm payment. You can track the status in Payment History.

If you don't see the offline option

Not all meets offer it. If the bank/cash button isn't there, the organizer has only enabled Stripe payments for this meet.
