Registration troubleshooting
Fix common errors that prevent gymnasts from being registered.
Error Reference
Registration Deadline Passed
What it means: The meet's registration deadline has passed and late registration is not allowed.
Fix: Contact the meet organizer to ask if they can extend the deadline or enable late registration.
Registration Closed
What it means: The organizer has manually closed registration.
Fix: Contact the meet organizer directly.
Level Capacity Reached
What it means: The level you selected has reached its maximum number of gymnasts.
Fix:
If the meet has a waitlist enabled, your gymnast will be waitlisted automatically.
Otherwise, contact the organizer to ask if they can increase capacity.
Check if a different level is appropriate for this gymnast.
Global Capacity Reached
What it means: The entire meet is full across all levels.
Fix: Your gymnast will be waitlisted (if enabled). Otherwise, contact the organizer.
Age Requirements Not Met
What it means: The gymnast's date of birth puts them outside the min/max age range for the selected level.
Fix:
Double-check the gymnast's date of birth — edit it if incorrect.
Check the Price List to find a level with appropriate age requirements.
Contact the organizer if you believe the age restrictions are wrong.
Missing Required Fields
What it means: One or more required fields are blank (name, DOB, level, discipline, or custom fields).
Fix: Edit the gymnast and fill in all required fields.
Invalid Level or Discipline
What it means: The level or discipline assigned to the gymnast doesn't exist in this meet.
Fix:
Edit the gymnast and select a valid level/discipline from the dropdown.
If you imported many gymnasts with the wrong level, use Bulk edit to remap them.
Music Requirement Not Met
What it means: This meet requires floor music to be uploaded, and the gymnast doesn't have music assigned.
Fix:
Duplicate Registration
What it means: This gymnast is already registered for the meet.
Fix: Check the gymnast list — they may already be there from a previous registration batch. Remove the duplicate entry.
Late Registration Not Allowed
What it means: You're registering after the deadline, and the organizer hasn't enabled late registration.
Fix: Contact the meet organizer to request late registration access.
