Registration troubleshooting
Something went wrong during registration. A gymnast got rejected, a field turned red, or checkout isn't working. This page covers the most common issues and how to fix each one.
Prerequisites
An active registration with at least one gymnast added
Registration deadline passed
The meet's registration deadline has passed and the organizer hasn't enabled late registration.
How to fix it: Contact the meet organizer. Ask if they can extend the deadline or turn on late registration.
Registration closed
The organizer has manually closed registration for this meet.
How to fix it: Contact the meet organizer directly.
Level capacity reached
The level you selected has hit its maximum number of gymnasts.
How to fix it:
If the meet has a waitlist, your gymnast is waitlisted automatically.
If there's no waitlist, contact the organizer to ask about increasing capacity.
Check whether a different level is appropriate for this gymnast.
Global capacity reached
The entire meet is full across all levels.
How to fix it: Your gymnast goes on the waitlist if the organizer has one enabled. Otherwise, contact the organizer.
Age requirements not met
The gymnast's date of birth puts them outside the age range for the selected level.
How to fix it:
Double-check the date of birth. Edit it if it's wrong.
Look at the Price List to find a level with the right age range.
If you think the age restrictions are incorrect, contact the organizer.
Missing required fields
One or more required fields are blank. That includes name, date of birth, level, discipline, and any custom fields the organizer set up.
How to fix it: Edit the gymnast and fill in everything that's required.
Invalid level or discipline
The level or discipline on the gymnast doesn't match anything in this meet's configuration.
How to fix it:
Edit the gymnast and pick a valid level and discipline from the dropdown.
If many gymnasts have the wrong level, bulk edit can remap them all at once.
Music requirement not met
The meet requires floor music to be uploaded, and this gymnast doesn't have any assigned.
How to fix it:
Duplicate registration
This gymnast is already registered for the meet.
How to fix it: Check your gymnast list. They're probably there from a previous registration batch. Remove the duplicate entry.
Late registration not allowed
You're past the regular deadline, and the organizer hasn't enabled late registration.
How to fix it: Contact the meet organizer and ask if they can open late registration.
