Learn how to modify the descriptive information of your meet, change the public visibility, provide access to a private meet, and change the organizer information.
Overview
Once you've created your meet, you're able to change all the public-facing information from the Information page. You can also (optionally) provide information about yourself (the organizer) for the Organizer page of your meet's dashboard.
In this guide, we'll cover
The sport (Women's Artistic or Men's Artistic) of a meet cannot be changed after it's been created.
Editing and publishing
Once you've modified the meet from either the Information page or the Organizer page you must press the "Publish changes" button to save your changes. If the meet is public, publishing these changes will immediately update what the public sees.
The same applies to all other components of your meet, such as categories, teams, athletes, and schedules. So long as your meet is public, any changes you make and publish will be immediately available to the public.
Meet information
You can modify the different public-facing details of your meet from the Information Page. We've included descriptions of what every setting does and what it affects below.

This information is displayed in the Gym Art app on the meet's card in the list of meets, as well as the Information page. Below are examples of what it looks like:
Public Visibility
A meet can either be public or private:
A public meet is displayed for everyone to see from the Gym Art application
A private meet is not displayed in the Gym Art application
Private meets can still be accessed from the Gym Art application using the meet's password.
To change the visibility of your meet:
From the Information page of your meet, select the visibility you want
Click Publish Changes on the top of the page
Meet password
Each meeting has a pre-generated unique password. If you want to give certain individuals access to your meet, but not the whole world, you can provide them the password to view your private meet.
Only share the meet password with people you trust!
Accessing private meets
In the case that you want to either keep the schedule or live scores of a meet private, we provide the option for you to give access to your private meet using the password. This way you can control who sees what meanwhile not sharing your meet's details with the whole world. It is up to you to keep the password as secret as you need, be careful who you share it with!
To access a private meet from the Gym Art app:
From the Meet's page, click on the Key button in the top right
Enter the meet's password
Date Range
You can change the date range of your meet from either the Information page or the Schedules page. The date range communicates both which days the meet is on, as well as constrains on which days the sessions can be on.
Cover and Profile Images
You can customize the look and feel of your meet by changing both the cover and profile image. To do so, use the upload buttons on beside the respective images from the Information page.
Cover Image
The cover image is displayed on the card in the meet list in Gym Art. We provide some default images however you may want to change it to your meet's banner.
We recommend a 16:9 aspect ratio (16 wide; 9 tall) for the best appearance
Profile Image
The profile image is displayed on the card in the meet list in Gym Art. It is also added to the PDF when you export scores.
