Learn how to create or join an organization in Gym Art Meets

Overview

Organizations are necessary to create meets in Gym Art Live. They allow its members to create meets, team collaboration amongst each meet, and the managing of purchases and subscriptions.

To become a member of an organization, you can create an organization, or join one using an access code.

You'll need to have created an account first to create or join an organization.

Create an organization

Navigate to the "My Organizations" page to create your first organization. Click the "New" button to begin creating an organization. Enter a name, email, and basic description of your organization to get started.

After creating your organization, you can always modify the details later.

Joining and organization

If you have other team members already working within an organization, they can provide you with an access code to join an existing organization. Learn more about how to generate and share access codes here.

An access code will look something like A1A4-1234-B1C2.

Once you have an access code, click the "Join" button so that you can enter it and join the organization.
