Learn how to add members to an organization, generate access codes and more.

Overview

If you are already a member (or creator) of an organization, you can add members by using access codes. Each code needs to be generated and then can be shared at your discretion.

Access codes

Access codes allow other users to join your organization. Once someone uses a code, someone else cannot reuse it. It is your responsibility to share the access codes with your team members securely.

Generating access codes

In create some access codes to share, navigate to the "Access Codes" page of your organization and click the "Generate Codes" button. You can then select how many codes to create.

Once the codes have been created, they will be displayed in the "Access Codes" page. You can click them to copy them to your clipboard so that you can share them with your team.

Gaining access

After you share an access code you've generated, the user now has to enter it from the "My Organizations" page to become a member. They can learn how to do so here.

Access level

Currently in Gym Art Meets all members have the same level of access when it comes to modifying meets. The only distinction between members is that the creator can delete the organization (and all of its meets) whereas an invited member cannot.
