Learn how to add a meet to your organization and set/modify it's parameters.

In this guide, we cover how to make an artistic gymnastics meet in Gym Art Meets. We'll also overview the function of organizations and how they relate to managing your meets and collaboration.

Creating a meet

Once you've created an account or logged in to Gym Art Meets you'll be ready to get started.

1. From the dashboard page, click New

2. Select the organization to create it under

   1. Create a new organization by entering it's name

   2. Select an existing organization

3. Enter the basic details of the meet

4. Click Create

Your meet will be created and added to your organization. You can now make further modifications to the information, add athletes and more!

Organizations

An organization is the body that you're creating and managing meets under. Typically this would be your gym club, federation, etc. By selecting the organization to create the meet under, you'll be adding that meet to the organization's meets.

Collaborating on meets

With organizations, you can collaborate on the same meet as a team. You're able to add other users to your organization and they will be able to see and modify all the meets from that org.
