Club Profile Management

Basic Club Information

Update your club's core details that are displayed across the platform:

  • Club Name - Your club's official name displayed in registrations and listings

  • Location - Physical address and location information for your club

  • About - Description and additional information about your club

  • Contact Person - Primary contact person with name, email, and phone number

Additional Contact Information

Configure supplementary contact details specific to your club:

  • Club Email - Official club email address for communications

  • Club Phone - Official club phone number for inquiries and support

  • Social Links - Website, social media profiles, and other online presence links

Profile Image

Upload a club profile image that will be displayed:

  • In registration forms when your club is referenced

  • On your club profile and listings throughout the platform

  • As a visual identifier for your club across GymArt Meets

Default Values for Meet Creation

Auto-fill Feature: All club profile information automatically populates as default values when creating new meets. This saves time during meet setup, though all values can be overridden on a per-meet basis if needed.

Payment Processing with Stripe

Stripe Account Setup

Configure your Stripe account to handle meet payments and financial transactions:

Supported Payment Methods:

  • Credit card transactions through Stripe's secure processing

  • Invoice generation and management

  • Alternative payment handling (cash, bank transfers)

Account Setup Process:

  1. Click the Stripe setup button in your club profile

  2. Log in to your Stripe account (or create a new one)

  3. Provide required legal business information

  4. Complete account verification and validation

  5. System automatically syncs with Art Meets

Stripe Account Status

The Stripe setup button shows three different states:

  • Not Set Up - No Stripe account connected yet

  • Needs Update - Account exists but requires additional information or verification

  • Complete/Ready - Fully configured and ready to accept payments

Existing Accounts: You can link an existing Stripe account if you already have one from other platforms, or create a new account specifically for Gym Art Meets. This allows seamless transition from existing payment systems.

Why Stripe Integration is Required

  • Payment Collection - All financial transactions for your meets are processed through Stripe

  • Financial Reporting - Track payments, refunds, and financial activity

  • Compliance - Ensures secure, PCI-compliant payment processing
