Club details

Update your club profile, manage contact information, social links, and configure Stripe payment processing.

Your club profile is what other clubs and organizers see when you register for meets or host your own. You want it to be accurate. Here's how to update each part.

Prerequisites

  • You have an existing club in Gym Art Meets

  • You have Owner or Admin access to the club

Steps

1. Update your profile information

Open your club settings and update the basics:

  • Club Name - The official name shown in registrations and listings

  • Location - Your club's physical address

  • About - A short description of your club

  • Contact Person - The primary contact's name, email, and phone number

You can also upload a profile image. This shows up on registration forms, your club profile, and anywhere your club appears across Gym Art Meets.

Below your basic info, fill in how people can reach you:

  • Club Email - Where people can contact the club directly

  • Club Phone - A phone number for inquiries

  • Social Links - Your website, social media profiles, and other links

3. Connect Stripe for payments

If you're organizing meets and charging registration fees, you need a Stripe account. Stripe handles credit cards, invoices, and refund tracking.

To set it up:

  1. Click the Stripe setup button in your club profile.

  2. Log in to your existing Stripe account, or create a new one.

  3. Provide the required legal business information.

  4. Complete account verification.

  5. The system syncs with Gym Art Meets automatically.

The Stripe button shows your current status:

  • Not Set Up means no Stripe account is connected yet

  • Needs Update means your account exists but needs more information or verification

  • Complete/Ready means you're good to go

Already have a Stripe account? You can link an existing Stripe account from another platform. You don't need to create a new one.

Auto-fill for meets: Everything you enter in your club profile gets used as the default when you create new meets. You can still override any value on a per-meet basis.
