Overview
Gym Art Meets is built on a three-pillar system that you can use independently or together:
π Registration: Manage gymnast and coach registrations, handle payments, and set up registration requirements
π Scheduling & Setup: Create competition levels, organize sessions and rotations, and prepare all necessary documentation
π Scoring: Enter scores quickly, record routine videos, and publish results online instantaneously
This guide covers how to create an artistic gymnastics meet in Gym Art Meets. Before creating a meet, ensure you have completed the prerequisites by following our Quick Start Guide.

Creating a meet
Once you've completed the prerequisites, you can create a meet using the comprehensive meet creation dialog in Gym Art Meets.

Meet Creation and Management
During the meet creation process, you can configure all basic settings and features. Once created, you can modify all these settings both during creation and from the meet dashboard afterward. Your meet will be accessible from the My Meets section in your club dashboard.
Meet Dashboard Sections
After creating your meet, you can access and modify all settings through the comprehensive meet dashboard. The dashboard is organized into three main sections:

Central hub for monitoring your meet's progress

Registration Settings - Configure how others register for your meet
Levels and Age Groups - Manage competition levels and age divisions
Gymnasts - View and manage registered gymnasts for this meet
Coaches - Handle coach registrations and assignments

Sessions - Create and manage competition sessions and timelines
Meet Information - Update meet details, contact info, and settings

Live Progress Tracking - Monitor real-time meet progress

Projector Displays - Show live scores on external displays

Managing Your Meets
All meets you've created are accessible from the My Meets section in your club dashboard. From there, you can:
View all your created meets
Access each meet's dashboard for detailed management
Monitor registration status and participant numbers
Make changes to meet settings and configurations
Each section in the meet dashboard corresponds to detailed documentation pages that provide in-depth guidance for managing every aspect of your gymnastics meet.
Collaborating on Meets
Gym Art Meets enables seamless collaboration by allowing you to invite other members to your club. This allows multiple users to access and modify meets together.
Inviting Members to Your Club
To collaborate with others on your meets:
Access the Members Page - Navigate to your club dashboard and find the "Members" section
Generate Access Codes - Create unique access codes that other users can use to join your club
Share Access Codes - Distribute these codes to team members, coaches, or administrators you want to collaborate with
Joining a Club with Access Codes
For collaborators:
Use the access code provided by the club administrator
Enter the code in the club join dialog
Once joined, you'll have access to all meets created under that club
Benefits of Club Collaboration
Shared Meet Access: All club members can view and modify meets created under the club
Centralized Management: All meets are organized under one club structure
Team Coordination: Multiple users can work together on meet organization and management
