Overview

The coach acceptance process is a critical part of meet management that determines which coaches will participate in your meet. As a meet organizer, you need to review registration requests and ensure all accepted coaches meet the meet requirements.

Registration Status Workflow

Coaches move through these statuses during the registration process:

Registration Submitted → Pending Approval → Rejected/Accepted

Status Definitions

• Pending Approval: Initial status for submitted registrations requiring review

• Rejected: Registration declined

• Accepted: Final status - coach is registered and part of the meet

Accepting Coaches from Pending Approval

Step-by-Step Process

1. Navigate to Meet Coaches Page

   • Go to your meet dashboard

   • Select the "Coaches" tab

2. Accepting Coaches

   • Select the coaches you want to accept

   • Click "Accept" from the table header

   • Confirm the acceptance in the dialog

Rejecting Registration Requests

Rejection Process

1. Select Coaches to Reject

   • Choose from Pending Approval sections

2. Process Rejection

   • Click "Reject" or "Reject Selected"

   • Confirm rejection in dialog
