Overview

As a meet organizer, you can directly add coaches from your club roster to your meet through the meet dashboard.

Accessing the Add from Club Interface

Step-by-Step Access

1. Navigate to Meet Dashboard

   • Go to your meet's main dashboard

2. Access Coaches Section

   • Click on the "Coaches" tab in the sidebar

3. Open Add from Club

   • Click the "Add from Club" button in the coaches section header

   • This opens the coach selection interface

Coach Selection Interface

Available Coaches

The interface displays all coaches from your club roster that are not already registered for this meet.

Interface Features:

• Coach Table: Shows all eligible coaches from your club

• Validation Status: Each coach has a validation indicator

• Selection Checkboxes: Choose which coaches to add to the meet

Selecting Coaches

Individual Selection:

• Click the checkbox next to each coach you want to register

• Use "Select All" in the table header to select all visible coaches at once

• Only selected coaches will be validated and can be added

Modifying Coach Information

In-Line Editing

Editable Fields:

• Click on any coach's name or data field to edit their information

• Changes apply only to this meet registration

• All modifications are meet-specific

Key Editable Information:

• Level Assignment: Assign coaches to meet-specific coach levels

• Personal Details: Verify and update name and contact information

• Club Assignment: Can specify different club names if needed

Multi-Edit Functionality

Bulk Editing Multiple Coaches:

1. Select Multiple Coaches: Use checkboxes to select several coaches

2. Access Multi-Edit: Click the "Multi-Edit" button in the top-right of the table

3. Apply Changes: Modify level, club name, or other fields for all selected coaches

Multi-Edit Options:

• Level: Apply the same coach level to multiple coaches

• Club Name: Assign the same club name to multiple coaches

Search and Filter Options

Finding Specific Coaches

Search Functionality:

• Search Bar: Search by coach name (first or last name)

Filter Options:

• Level Filter: Show only coaches with specific coach levels

• Club Filter: Display coaches associated with particular clubs

Validation and Verification

Validation Indicators

Status Icons:

• Green Checkmark ✅: Coach data is valid and ready for meet addition

• Red Error Icon ❌: Coach has validation errors that need fixing

Validation Checks:

• Level Compatibility: Ensures coach level matches meet offerings

• Complete Information: Verifies all required fields are filled
