This section covers coach registration configuration, allowing you to control how coaches register for your meet, set pricing strategies, and manage coach levels for organization and pricing purposes.
Coach Registration Controls
Open Coach Registration
Controls whether coaches can be added to the meet by clubs or meet organizers.
Settings:
Open: Coaches can be added by clubs through the Gym Art app or imported by meet organizers
Closed: Coach registration and import functionality is completely hidden from all users
Impact:
Club Access: When open, clubs can upload their coaches or import them from their club roster to the meet
Organizer Override: Meet organizers can always create coaches or import them from their club, even when registration is closed
Complete Hiding: When closed, the entire coach management interface is hidden, preventing any coach additions
Coach Pricing Strategy
Use Same Price for All Coach Levels
Sets uniform pricing for all coach levels in your meet.
Settings:
Enabled: Single price applies to all coach registrations regardless of level
Disabled: Each coach level can have its own custom registration price
Impact: Simplifies coach fee structure or allows differentiated pricing based on coach level categories.
Coach Registration Price
Base price for coach registration when global pricing is enabled.
Impact: This price applies to all coaches when "Use Same Price for All Coach Levels" is enabled.
Coach Level Management
Coach Levels
Create and manage different coach levels to organize coaches into categories and set appropriate pricing.
Assignment Requirement:
Mandatory Level Assignment: Every coach must be assigned to a coach level when they are added to the meet
Registration Integration: Level selection is part of the coach registration/import process
Features:
Custom Level Names: Create descriptive names for different coach categories (e.g., "FIG", "Level 1", "Assistant Coach")
Extended Participant Categories: Use custom level names for other types of meet participants beyond traditional coaches
Individual Pricing: Set specific registration fees for each level when custom pricing is enabled
Organizational Structure: Group and categorize coaches by their role, experience, or qualification level
Extended Participant Support:
Coach levels can accommodate various types of meet participants and officials such as medical staff, and support personnel.
Implementation Process:
Club Setup: Clubs must first add these individuals to their club roster as "coaches" from the Club dashboard
Level Assignment: During meet registration, assign the appropriate custom level to each participant
Pricing Flexibility: Set individual registration fees for each participant type (e.g., medical staff might have different fees than judges)

Customized Pricing: Set appropriate fees for different participant types
